With over 15 years of experience in executive search, Stuart is a senior strategic independent advisor to Sal Partners.

In his current capacity, Stuart holds the role of Partner with H.I. Executive Consulting (H.I.E.C), a leading global executive search boutique focused on hiring Board, CEO and Senior-level executives. Stuart leads H.I.E.C’s software offering across EMEA and is co-lead of the UK office. As a member of the Global Technology & Services Practice that partners with listed and high-growth private equity and venture-backed portfolio firms as they search for Executive leadership or Board members, Stuart brings a wealth of experience from across the talent sector.

Stuart earned his MA (Hons) in Management from Heriot-Watt University.
