Patrick is Partner in charge of Sal Partners and leads the firm’s tax offering. Patrick has developed his network over the last eleven years focusing exclusively on the profession. Having begun his career in 2010 with Michael Page, Patrick spent time with Pure Search in 2013 before joining Brewer Morris in 2017 to lead their expansion across Europe, opening their office in Amsterdam. Patrick opened Sal Partners in 2019 as a specialist in the field of tax recruitment.

Patrick provides advice to clients across a broad range of talent needs including senior search, succession planning, talent management and leadership development. He has hosted several forums in partnership with the Tax Executive Institute, the European Women in Tax and the Netherlands Tax Directors’ network, the content for which has focused on many of his recent thought leadership pieces.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from the University of Glasgow.
Hugh leads Sal Partners’ Corporate Treasury practice having spent the last seven years focusing specifically on the profession. Before joining Sal Partners, Hugh held a several leadership positions for BSM Group both in London as well as New York where he played a key role in building their UK & North American capabilities. In 2018, Hugh accepted the position of European lead, opening BSM’s office in Amsterdam. Hugh joined Sal Partners in January 2021 in a consultancy capacity.

Hugh has extensive experience advising both private and public companies across the Corporate Treasury market, serving his clients on senior appointments, succession planning and specific team hires.

Olivia leads Sal Partners research capability supporting the team in the growth of the practice across the Tax & Treasury market. Olivia has been involved a variety of international and domestic searches across several sectors, playing a key role in solving our clients’ leadership challenges; her insights and knowledge of both functional and industry trends are a hugely valuable component of each assignment. Her track record in providing differentiated solutions helps to support our clients’ in the structuring of exceptional teams.

Olivia earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Durham.
Justina is responsible for leading the marketing and communications programmes for Sal Partners. In her strategic capacity, she leads the firm’s efforts spanning company & competitive strategy and marketplace insights. Justina has spent the last nine years supporting clients primarily across the hospitality and leisure sector. She joined Sal Partners in January 2021.
