Research

The success of our process is based on our research. We adopt a highly diligent exercise, adopting a strategy which ensures we identify the most suitable organisations and appropriate candidate pools.

Evaluation

Through face-to-face interviews, which assess technical competence, various soft skills and cultural fit, we create a longlist of potential candidates to present.

Selection

Following our longlist presentation and after a shortlist has been agreed upon, we will work with our client to manage their interview process.

Referencing

We will complete the necessary referencing as we highlight the preferred candidate(s).

On-Boarding

By carrying out the above process and building strong relationships with each of the candidates involved, we help ensure a smooth onboarding process for all parties.
