Patrick Evans

Patrick is the Founding Partner of Sal Partners and leads the firm’s tax offering. Having begun his career in 2010 with Michael Page, Patrick spent time with two leading UK tax boutiques, initially Pure Search in 2013, before joining Brewer Morris in 2017 to lead their expansion across Europe, opening their office in Amsterdam. Patrick established Sal Partners in 2019, continuing his specific focus on the tax profession.

Patrick advises clients across various talent needs, including senior search, succession planning and talent management. He has hosted several forums in partnership with the Tax Executive Institute, the European Women in Tax and various in-country Tax Directors’ networks.

Patrick earned his BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science and MSc (Merit) in Sports Medicine from the University of Glasgow.
